Nicely furnished, stylish room with Rituals products, fresh towels & replenished toiletries, as for instance!

Had a very enjoyable stay as the 1st visit, will come back. Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were really helpful, location was beautiful to the main square where the church is located. The breakfast was very good with a wide array of meals.

The pool was nice and the staff was very, very nice. The deluxe queen room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was nicely furnished with a great bed.

The hotel met all our requirements and our first visit was excellent.

There were modern & stylish rooms with fresh towels & replenished toiletries, a free standing bath, as example. Very very GOOD breakfast options, the food was good.

La Serena is a beautiful charming hotel located in the center of Altea. We relaxed by the pool, ate most of our meals in the lovely restaurant, even learned how to make paella with the owner. It was a magical stay and the old town center was a short walk away, so was the tram station that takes you up and down the coast. Perfect get away, easy to get to, and gorgeous.

Individuality of small hotel. Warm welcome by hosts and very helpful. Stylish decor without detracting from architecture. Nothing too much trouble. Offerred to cook us lunch on last day, sent us off on journey with home baked cookies. Excelllant local knowledge. Great find. Walking distance from beach and resturants at top of the town so greaT location. Terrace lovely to relax and read/chat with roof top views.

This was an exceptionally hot summer and air con struggled to keep room cool at night. May be one or two more sun loungers when hotel full for the terrace would be useful. Breakfast very good with home baked breads and cakes but perhaps need to vary from day to day might be good i.e. eggs 1 day olives another etc - sure had we asked they would have done that but just an observation. Pool is more for dipping than swimming

The venue is ideal and comfortable. Its location is incredible, not far from the beach area and the hilltop village near the church, Altea. - Well-designed room on upper floors. - Free Wi-Fi is available.

This charming boutique hotel has a great location; located close to all the good restaurants in the City center and a short walk to both the beach and old town. The staff is very welcoming, and the attention to detail in the rooms is amazing, with really comfy beds, excellent showers, lovely toiletries, Bose speaker. The pool area is lovely, and the breakfast is fresh and with an amazing selection.

There was no in-house restaurant, meaning guests had to go out to look for food.

The location was stunning, at a short distance from Casco antiguo de altea. The staff were kind and nice. The deluxe queen room I stayed in was reasonably large and beautifully designed on upper floors.
